I believe every blog should have a manifesto, no matter what kind of topics it tackles.
I believe we should use our voice every chance we have to make a difference. I no longer believe in the power of silence. If you won’t speak up, you’re as useful as if you weren’t there. Make your presence count!
Don’t be rash.
I will handle the things close to my heart with much more care and give my undivided attention to them. Sometimes you have only one chance to make it right, make it matter! Close all your distractions and focus on what’s really important.
Put your priorities in order. Now is the time. This is something not to delay any longer.
Stop saying later. Do what you like, do want you want. You might not have time for it later. Take advantage of your position as of yet, and make it happen. If you won’t start it, who will do it for you?
Take time to treat yourself and take care of yourself. Have that cupcake, go play basketball. Listen to that whole album uninterrupted.
Here’s what I know for sure: over-thinking can hurt and your instinct always knows what’s best. Don’t let others influence you with their bullshit.
I believe in ambiguity, the ambivalence of the world and duality. I believe you should be hard on yourself, but also forgiving. I believe you should know what you want from your future for sure, but also let a little space for changes and spontaneity.
Take some time to yourself. Walk alone. Then take some time and dedicate it wholly to anything else. But don’t forget to take time for yourself; in the end, that’s what matters the most.
Stand up for something. Know why you stand up for it. Have arguments. Don’t be afraid to explain.
What are you waiting for now? Go out and live your life!
I had to write this down. It’s been haunting me for a couple of months. I just couldn’t delay it anymore.
It won’t be translated to Romanian. Nor do I think I will continue writing in Romanian.
I will come back after the 20th June with the DreamHack, OtakuFest and EECC reviews. Sorry for the delay.
